Setting the Stage

Two weeks before kickoff, on October 30, 2019, the Founder convened a press conference in Lagos to unveil the vision: 32 teams, ₦3.5 million prize pool, and institutional partnerships with Lagos State Ministry, LSFA, LSRA, and the Nigeria Football Federation.

November 16, 2019 — The Flag-Off

The tournament was officially flagged off by Hon. Valentine Briamoh, Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government — a signal that KUTH's grassroots sports model had earned government recognition at the local executive level.
