Children's Day 2019
Makoko Slum Outreach & Modupe Cole Memorial Home Visit
A World of Hunger
Poverty, hunger, slavery and bad governance are not natural — they are human-made. A lot of children go home daily on an empty stomach because they do not have food to eat, and yet some of us have in excess to the point that we even throw them away.
No child should be allowed to go to bed or even go hungry.
Hope in the Slum
Makoko, Iwaya, Yaba — May 27, 2019
The event coincided with the birthday of the Founder/Principal Promoter, Engr. Gerald Azonobo, who took the opportunity to thank God for his life as well as to put smiles on the children numbering about 500 who were fed and presented with gifts.
"Your present status does not define who you are. It's you that define who you want to be. Be obedient to your parents and teachers, shun all forms of vices, focus on your studies and you will tomorrow get your family out of poverty."
— Engr. Gerald Azonobo, Founder
Pep Talk by Francis Chilaka (Program Director)
Keep Up The Hope — hope should be their driving force. Hope that they will become successful tomorrow.

"The students, parents, teachers and residents could not hold back their tears of joy as they prayed and thanked the Founder/Principal Promoter and his team."

Love Without Limits
Modupe Cole Memorial Home, Akoka, Yaba
The children at the Modupe Cole Memorial Home for Physically and Mentally Challenged Children were not left out. The home, with approximately 100 students, is located on St. Finbarrs Road, Akoka, Yaba.
Mr. Azonobo, with tears in his eyesafter taking a tour of the facility, donated food and sanitary items and promised the Foundation's continued support. Some works done by the children were bought on behalf of the foundation.
Call to Action
He called on wealthy Nigerians to come forward and share some of their wealth and love with the children. He called on the government to provide basic needs: toilets, clinic, and a school.
