Abiola Adebayo, Odion Jude Ighalo becomes KUTH Ambassadors

The programs and projects of KUTH Foundation are based on a strong practical commitment to human and capital development as well as charity work with a human face. We are also committed to using not only the media (traditional/new) but also role models (Ambassadors) with whom we work together to find effective and innovative ways of addressing social issues.

With approximately 6.4 million Nigerians looking for work and 80% of that figure falling on the youth population, there is serious frustration which has equally stunted the nation’s onward progression in several ways. Our mission therefore, is to motivate and empower the youths in practical ways – through various training, workshops, seminars, conferences, internships, networking opportunities, town hall meetings and mentorship programs.

In order to be able to deliver on these, there is therefore the need for the Foundation to enlist the support and services of celebrities as Ambassadors and this we have done with:

A program presenter and an actress that has featured mainly in Yoruba movies and some English soap operas. Her acting career started with appearances in some editions of the popular TV drama series, Super Story and Papa Ajasco by Wale Adenuga Productions. While her major breakthrough was when she featured in a Yoruba movie titled Eyin-Oka, produced by Ademola Adelakun.

She comes from a humble background, and truly knows what life is all about. She is an ardent believer in hard work and a practical Christian. She has the zeal to impact positively on the youth and strongly believes in the programs and agenda of KUTH Foundation.

An international footballer who proudly represented his fatherland in the 2009 Junior World Cup in Egypt.

His journey to stardom started with Prime Football Club, Oshogbo and from there to Julius Berger F.C and was eventually discovered by FIFA agent Marcelo Houseman who then recommended him to Atta Aneke and was taken on trials to Lyn in Norway. After only 10 months in Norway he was transferred to Udinese for a fee of £2m.

In July 2008, he signed a 5-year contract with Italian club Udinese, In July 2009, he was loaned out to Granada CF, as the Spanish club has signed a partnership agreement with Udinese. On August 2009, he completed the transfer.
